Working on such a project helped develop my competencies in management and acquire new ones, specific to the profesional team building. Being the CEO of a project requires lots of different skills, whether they're internal/personal ones or external ones (team focused).
Setting ambitious goals to reach, acquire new knowledge (technical/practical) and so on.
It's all about mixing human resources and energy with concrete actions to get the best of it and go as far as possible to reach our objectives.
